"... Just an object, can it truly be devoid of emotion? Isn't it the beholder, imbuing the object with their own feelings and passion? Isn't it a vessel, a borrowed form to pour out their soul's expression? In this sentient world, where nothing is truly detached, who could claim a heart untouched by sentiment?"-- Keyee Lam

"My dear friend Keyee, where shall I start in recounting your legend? Shall I sing of your mastery in the art of sculpture, your deft hands molding the very essence of life into each and every creation? Or shall I tell of the bull sculpture, a token of congratulations offered to the newly listed companies at the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, a symbol of Keyee's lasting impact?
No, I need not utter a word. For her sculptures speak volumes, recounting the stories of her boundless talent and inspiring spirit. Each morning I awaken to the privilege of greeting the sculptures that grace my home, a reminder of Keyee's ever-present influence.
Though she may have left us physically, she lives on in her works, nourishing and empowering us with her boundless energy and creativity. In the year 2015, she whispered to me, "Michelle, you can go on promoting my sculptures after I pass away. It is the way to make my life continue..."
Today, as the sun shines brightly, I lay aside my sorrow and take up her challenge. Keyee, I apologize for taking seven long years to fulfill my promise. But I vow to you now, I will not disappoint you. I will keep your legend alive through your sculptures, forevermore."
